Has the tutorial system ever been suggested to you (perhaps in my ignorance it does exist). I don't know why this has occurred to me, I'm no academic, but I thought I would gain as much from an hours conversation with you than any practical demonstration from you or instruction while I work.
It occurred to me that if you were to give me a critique of say a months work and then send me packing with a few challenges for the weeks to come would go some way to spurring my progress. I do need to hone my drawing skills in a classic life class that much I do know, but will have to consider my commitments.
What would a one off cost?
Perhaps the whole idea is preposterous.

Martin it is a great idea . I am now working on the Web Art School we can offer you . "Building your portfolio by e-mail" , backed up by monthly visits to the studio ,
for the moment e-mail some of your work - "resolution not to high" - if this is a problem post photographs, then book an appointment.
The tuition visit fee would be £45. Which would include refreshment and one to one tuition.
